Using MkBoard

You are responsible for your account, your local projects, and the content you create or submit through MkBoard. You must use the service in a lawful and respectful way.

You may not misuse MkBoard to infringe rights, distribute harmful content, attack the service, bypass usage limits, or access features without authorization.

Accounts, subscriptions, and credits

Some features may require an account, subscription, one-time purchase, or usage credits. Prices, limits, and included features may vary by plan and may change with notice where required.

You are responsible for keeping payment and account information accurate. Failed payments or misuse may limit access to paid features.

Your content

You keep ownership of scripts, storyboards, images, prompts, and other content you create or upload. You grant MkBoard the limited permission needed to provide, process, store, and improve the requested product features.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to use any content you upload or generate with MkBoard.

Bundled open-source video runtime

The full MkBoard installer includes HyperFrames, Chrome Headless Shell, and a GPL FFmpeg build with x264. They run as separate programs and do not upload local projects or Agent credentials to MkBoard.

Corresponding licenses, third-party notices, FFmpeg and x264 source, SHA-256 values, and build configuration ship with the installer and are mirrored next to public installers. The FFmpeg build does not contain --enable-nonfree.

Product changes

MkBoard may update, add, remove, or modify features to improve the product, maintain security, comply with requirements, or adapt third-party services.

Disclaimers and liability

MkBoard is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated outputs will meet every production requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MkBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
